Grace Wilson

Grace has been teaching movement since 2013, with a background in dance, Zumba, and other fitness modalities. Her journey to Pilates began with a desire for greater precision and understanding in how the body is meant to move. After struggling with chronic hip and knee pain, she found healing through Pilates—and a passion for intelligent, mindful movement as a remedy for pain.

Grace completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body and is currently pursuing a specialty certification through Fletcher Pilates. She brings a balance of thoughtful instruction and lighthearted humor to every session, helping clients connect more deeply with their bodies and rediscover strength, mobility, and ease.

When she’s not teaching or homeschooling her five children, Grace is likely being followed around by her golden doodle—who’s convinced he’s a person.
